HGH or human growth hormone is a naturally occurring hormone produced in everybody from the time we are born until our mid-20s through the pituitary gland in our brains. Around the age of 25 - not exactly but somewhere around there - the pituitary gland begins to shut down because it is no longer needed for growth and development. The human growth hormone is still needed for fighting diseases and helping one’s body repair wounds and cuts. However many people, including athletes and Hollywood stars, continue to use human growth hormones or HGH supplements in high doses in order to feel younger, look younger and increase their endurance during sports.
